Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY
*NOTE* Leaving a credit/debit card on file does not mean
you will be charged when booking your appointment. It
also is not required to pay for your service with the same
card you leave on file, it is to simply hold your
appointment and/or pay for any no shows or cancelled appointments within 48hours of your appointment. . If an appointment results in not canceling 48
hours prior to your appointment time, 40% of the cancelled
appointment will be charged.
A no call/ no show will result in being unable to re-book a
future appointment,untill missed appointment is paid in full.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, it will result in giving
up a service or possibly having to reschedule your
appointment .
